We are the Zuegg family – three mums, two little adventurers, and a whole lot of heart for the Grafenstein. Alexandra, Charlotte, and Isabelle take care of everything that makes your holiday special. And Rosa and Amelie are busy trying out everything children love here.

At Grafenstein, family is lived. Not only by our guests but also behind the scenes – as a warm-hearted team that supports each other and together brings this place to life.

Alexandra

Mum to Amelie and the heart of the back office. With her dog Sina by her side, she ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes – reliable, loving, and with a great overview.

Isabelle

Mum to Rosa and the warm smile of the house. She loves interacting with guests and passionately shares her best biking tips for little and big adventures.

Charlotte

Mum to Alexandra and Isabelle – and the soul of the house. She knows every corner of the Grafenstein and exactly what makes this place so special.
